Daewoo E&C's new Eulji Twin Tower HQ achieved both 'Energy Efficiency Grade 1' and 'Top Green Building' certification with eco-friendly features including south-facade wall greening, geothermal, and solar — wall greening was implemented by Changjowon.

Daewoo E&C has begun operations at its new headquarters, the 'Euljiro Twin Tower'. The Euljiro Twin Tower is an 8-basement, 20-floor office building with a total floor area of about 146,000㎡. It comprises two upper-section office towers and a podium up to the 3rd ground floor. The building also includes various amenities such as cultural-assembly facilities, neighborhood retail, and a daycare.
Located in the Sewoon Redevelopment Promotion District at Euljiro 4-ga, the building features modern interiors and the latest intelligent systems. With "wall greening on the south façade of the podium, geothermal generation, and a solar-power system installed on the entire south exterior wall," the building obtained 'Building Energy Efficiency Grade 1' and 'Top Green Building Certification' simultaneously.
The south-façade wall greening was implemented by Changjowon Co., Ltd. The project led, in the following year, to Changjowon winning both the Grand Prize (Minister of Environment Award) and the Popularity Award at the 11th Artificial Ground Greening Awards.
